People Development Plans

For professionals who want to master the fundamentals of procurement.

Challenging development programs, which prepare you to become a functional expert in Procurement. There are training plans for no less than 5 distinctive procurement roles i.e. procurement managers or senior/junior/operational buyers. The programs can be standard or tailored to company specific needs.
They run over a 4 months to 3 year period and are a combination of E-courses, MasterClasses and (optional) class workshops. At the end of the program, there is an assessment over the entire program. Upon a 70% score, you are entitled to a valuable certificate like for example "(Senior) Expert in Procurement".
